Wyatt's Story
A passionate real estate agent and investor, Wyatt brings a wealth of experience to Oyster Real Estate Advisors in single, multifamily, and commercial investing; having helped various clients acquire and dispo millions worth of real estate deals across multiple asset classes. Along with assisting clients through transactions, Wyatt is Co-Director of the Tennessee Real Estate Investors Association and Co-Founder of the American Real Estate Network.
Along with Jennifer Hamrick, Broker/Owner of Oyster Real Estate Advisors, he is also Co-Founder of the Middle TN Investors and Wholesalers Network and the Corkscrews and Contracts Real Estate Podcast. Prior to real estate, he was an actor in Los Angeles, California and owner of Sumetra Media, a web based audio production house that focused on supporting distance learning companies. His hobbies include watching Nashville hockey and football, going to country music concerts, camping, and cooking.
